Job Responsibilities:

• Handle clients (both students and parents) enquiries in a professional manner
• Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions
• Introduce education programs that base on students’ needs and ability
• Provide after-sale services to enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist  in ad hoc projects of the team


Essential Qualities

• Diploma or above with minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in customer service or related positions
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Possess problem-solving skills and good listening skills to tailor the best solution according to clients' needs
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A good team player and good interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate with good academic background will also be considered
