Job Description

  • Handle all web inquiries & customer requests in required SLA
  • Resolve all customer feedback & complaint & escalate cases appropriately for satisfactory completion
  • Retain customers with calls to inactive customers & meet company target
  • Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries, customer feedback & complaint cases
  • Conduct survey & regular quality check to frontline with comment aiming for service improvement
  • Attend regular product & service review meetings & take minutes

Requirements :

  • DSE or Diploma in business discipline
  • Minimum 3 years related customer service experience, solid experience in complaint handling is preferable
  • Empathetic, patience, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Retention Executive
  • Immediately available is preferred
