Customer & Sales Support Assistant/ Officer (6-month contract)

Our products are used in more than 120 countries by electric power plants, companies operating high-voltage transmission lines, switchgear, medium-voltage distribution networks and also industrial plants. OMICRON stands for excellent customer support as an additional strong differentiation to our competition We are now looking for the right candidate to join the team in Customer & Sales Support at Hong Kong office. This position will be reporting to Customer & Sales Support Manager in Asia.

Your Responsibilities

  • ERP/CRM Systems Support
    • Support roll-out of new ERP/ CRM systems
    • Data Cleansing (Data Entry/ Data Checking etc.)
    • To update/maintain for customer database
  • Customer Sales Support
    • Support and work closely with Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the daily business
    • Support ASM to prepare quotations and tenders
    • Follow up with sales order processing
    • Perform support to ASM in sales and marketing activities
    • Support shipping arrangement handling, including Import/Export declaration etc.
    • Provide back-up support to other CSS team members
    • Other ad hoc assignments by CSS Manager
  • Office Support
    • Provide general office administrative tasks
    • Perform office supplies procurement
    • Support in business travel arrangements (e.g. flight tickets, hotel booking, visa application)
    • Support the travel and expense reimbursement
    • Maintain filing systems
    • Greet guests/visitors to the office
    • Other ad hoc assignments by CSS Manager

Your profile

  • Degree Holder or Tertiary education in Business Administration, Commercial is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer sales support experience required
  • Solid ERP/ CRM systems experience is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Chinese word processing (simplified and traditional) skill
  • Must have strong organizational skills and reliable work style with self-initiative
  • Good to have systems sense and numeric sensitive is preferable
  • Able to work independently as well as enjoy working with dynamic teams
  • Excellent communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Enjoy the interaction with customers
