Customer Service – VP/SVP (Securities Brokerage Service)

CHINA INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED

Responsibilities:
1. Handle account opening documents, KYC and related checking and review for retail and institutional clients.
2. Handle and follow up client enquiries and complaints from phone call or email concerning services and accounts.
3. Handle client’s securities and fund deposit and withdrawal.
4. Provide sales related support to frontline departments.
5. Perform regular compliance monitoring reviews for frontline trading activities.
6. Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Degree or above;
2. 3-5 years of experience or above in securities brokerage field is perfected, and f amiliar with online customer services procedures;
3. Currently holding of SFC license 1;
4. Passed in HKSI Paper 1;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, with fast & accuracy Chinese Word processing skills;
7. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must.

2. 提供優質的證券、期貨及資產管理業務相關客戶服務
3. 處理客戶賬戶查詢
4. 處理客戶的資產及款項的存入及提出的流程工作
5. 提供業務部門的日常銷售支持
6. 處理業務合規的常規檢查及部門的其他行政工作

崗位要求:
1. 大學或以上學歷;
2. 3至5年以上證券或金融行業方面的客戶服務經驗,對網上客戶服務流程熟悉;
3. 持有香港證券會第一類牌照;
4. 通過香港證券學會卷1考試;
5. 具有良好的表達及溝通能力;
6. 對MS Word, Excel熟悉,及有快速準確的中文輸入技能;
7. 能熟練運用普通話進行交談及擁有良好中英文書寫能力.
