Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in maintaining and monitoring the area of flight master, customers requirements on airline meals, other services and specifications.

  • Provide professional services to customers to build up long term relationship
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
  • Prepare correspondences and document
  • Co-ordinate between internal departments and customers
  • Participate in Meals Presentation and customer meetings and activities
  • Assist the team on any ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in any disciplines
  • Min 2 years customer service experience, preferably in food or airline related industries
    Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin are preferable).
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing, as well as Power Point
  • Pleasant and outgoing in personality, well organized, attention to details
