~ F6 or above, with at least two years of customer service, adminsiration working experiences
~ Team player with good communication skills and customer services
~ Native in Cantonese, good command in verbal and written English. Mandarin is a plus
~ Immediate available is preferable
~ Handle medical claims, billing and reimbursement processing
~ Prepare relevant invoices, statements and reports on time
~ Handle service enquiries and/or complaints from customers and clinics
~ Participate in any other medical operations and administrative duties as assigned
