We are a well-established service company that provide after sales services for consumer products. We are now seeking for self-motivated calibers to fill the following position:

Customer Service Administration Clerk

Job Ref.CT3112319-01#0039

Duties:

  • Support CS administration duties
  • Logical data input into a designated system
  • Assist in monitoring quality control 
  • Other clerical work as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with min 1 year relevant experience
  • Communicate well with other departments
  • Patient, hardworking, work under pressure and willing to learn
  • Good team player
  • Flexible shift of working hours between 11:00am-8:00pm/12:00pm-9:00pm
  • Shift holidays
  • Fresh graduates are also considered
