Customer Service & Administration Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Perform related customer service and office administration duties 
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions via different communication channels
  • Maintain a clear and comprehensive comment database
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly complaint reports
  • Collect feedback and understand customer's needs
  • Assist in Reception Duties

Job Requirements :

  • F.5 or above with min 2 yrs CS or Call Centre exp will be highly considered
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent telephone manner and email correspondence
  • Able to work under pressure and independently without supervision
  • A good team player with integrity, initiative, enthusiasm and customer focus
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • For less experience, candidates may consider as Customer Service Executive.
  • Immediate available is preferred
