Our client is one of the  financial institutions in Hong Kong with a total of 8 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with their rapid business development, they invite high caliber professionals to join and be a member of their successful team.

Position :  Assistant Officer / Junior Officer (Customer Service & Operations) 
Location :  Shatin / North Point  
Working hours :   9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m / 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (7 days off per month / Public Holidays)
Benefits: 11 days annual leave, Medical benefits, Allowance, Performance bonus ( 1-2 monthly salary) , MPF


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Supervisor to monitor and improve the efficiency of the front-line operations and ensuring the quality of service to meet the service standard in terms of efficiency and courtesy
  • Responsible for branch administrative & customer service duties
  • Performing general office and reception counter duties
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone & walk-in clients
  • Perform other ad hoc projects when assigned
  • No sales duties involved 

Requirements :

  • Degree holder, Fresh Graduates will also be considered 
  • 1 - 2 years customer service or operation experience
  • Experience from servicing industries is an advantage (Retail / Education Centre, Hotel, F & B...etc) 
  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with analytical and strategic mindset
  • Good in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above 
  • 1 - 3 years Customer Services, Administration or Client Servicing experience
  • Experience from servicing industries is an advantage (Retail / Education Centre, Hotel, F & B...etc) 
  • Good customer servicing skills, mature, patient and proactive
  • Detail-minded, organized and a good team player
  • Good in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available
