Our client is one of the  financial institutions in Hong Kong with a total of 8 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with their expansion and a new branch will be opened, they invite high caliber and competent individuals for the following position:

Salary : 13k + allowance
Working hours :   5.5 working days per week and  on roster basis
                               (9 a.m. - 6 p.m., 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
Benefits: 11 days annual leave, medical benefits, allowance, performance bonus, MPF , Public holiday

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone & walk-in clients
  • Work closely with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests
  • Assist in cashier duties
  • Support sales and marketing promotion activities

Requirements :

  • Welcome for No Working Experience in Hong Kong
  • Native in Bahasa or Tagalog is a MUST
  • Can speak Cantonese or English
  • Holder of valid dependent visa or H.K. permanent resident 
  • Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
  • Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented
  • Well-organized, hardworking, aggressive and able to work under pressure
