Customer Service Administrative Clerk (Yuen Long)

Our client is one of the Domestic Helper Finance Company in Hong Kong with a total of 8 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with their rapid business development, they invite high caliber professionals to join and be a member of their successful team.

Working location :  Yuen Long

Working hours :   9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m / 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

(5.5 working days per week / Public Holidays) 

Salary : 13k + allowance (1 - 2 K)

Benefits: 11 days annual leave, medical benefits, allowance, performance bonus ( 1-2 months), MPF 



  • Responsible for branch customer service & administrative duties 
  • Greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
  • All other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Supervisor 
  • F.5 or above 
  • 2 years  working experience in Customer Services, Administration or Client Servicing
  • Experience from Education Center / Retailer / Hotel .. are also welcome
  • Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
  • Detail-minded, organized and a good team player
  • Good in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available
