Responsibilities:

  • Attending incoming call or email to perform first level support function under instructions in a timely manner;
  • Follow up on service request and support case status;
  • Prepare quotation, report, other forms and documents;
  • Performs daily clerical job such as data entry in computer system and maintain a filing system;
  • Maintain sound relationship with existing customers;
  • Provide secretarial and administrative duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines;
  • 1 year relevant work experience or above;
  • Proficiency in MS office application & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
  • Independent, stable, attentive to details, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure and adaptive to given challenges;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
