Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the service centre
  • Able to individually handle customer complaint and enquiry in a decent & courteous manner
  • Able to provide quick and professional responses to customers enquires
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
Requirements:
  • Degree holder, with 3-year’s relevant experience in service industry preferable
  • Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin a MUST
  • A good team player, hardworking, patient, pleasant and strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal, communication skill & self-motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to work overtime if necessary
  • Able to work under pressure
