As Customer Service Administrator, you will be one of the teammate under Customer Service & Administration Function supporting our Business Unit and act as communication channel between our internal teams and external parties.
You will be responsible for:
•Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support (e.g. Scheduling internal meeting, taking meeting minutes, sending important correspondences or project documents on timely bases)
•Prepare routine reports and standard letters for statutory submissions to customers on time
•Process batch data input to internal and client web systems
•Update and manage internal databases and e-filing system
•Professionally follow up internal and external enquiries independently with resolution
•Handle ad hoc tasks when assigned by supervisor
We expect you to have:
•1 - 2 years working experience in engineering company preferred but not essential
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel – e.g. VLOOKUP function, Pivot Table handling, commonly used formula, etc.
•Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point and Outlook)
•Knowledge in handling Import/Export documents and customs declaration will be an asset but not essential
•Self-disciplined, energetic with strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and able to work independently
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
•Good communication skills with competence in written and spoken English and Chinese
•Immediate availability preferred
