We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Advisor to provide administrative support to Hong Kong service team and customer service supervisor.
- Receiving, responding to, and managing service support calls
- Schedule appointments, dispatch service technicians for service and coordinate installers for installations as needed to maximize technicians productivity
- Schedule sub-contractor work, order service parts, maintain appointment schedules and complete daily reports
- Responsible for creating work orders, providing status to customers and following up with service technicians
- Confirm work orders being completed and/or closed by reviewing all notes and following up outstanding issues with the customers
- Work with service technicians to ensure all paperwork is completed properly within the designated time
- Minimum 5 years of working experience related service support experience in dispatching and scheduling
- Must possess good decision making skills, be very organized and detail oriented
- Speed and accuracy with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, experience in Zendesk
