Description

We are currently expanding our Customer Service team and are seeking for a candidate that is passionate and have a love for health and fitness, service-oriented with a positive attitude, hard-working and wants to grow with our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high standard customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Assist the Studio Manager in daily studio tasks
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Ensure a successful class check-in process
  • Support with the training and coaching of new hires
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Represent the XYZ aesthetic, appearance and culture

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years customer service experience (candidate with less experience will be considered as entry level);
  • the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • outstanding customer service and problem solving skills;
  • positive, can-do attitude;
  • friendly and professional phone and email manner;
  • flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND EARLY MORNING/LATE EVENING AVAILABILITY
