Customer Service - Air Freight (Export)

Working Location: AFFC - Airport Area



  • Handle daily incoming air export booking
  • Verifying shipping document (e.g.: shipping invoice, packing list or li-ion battery documents)
  • Liaise with local/overseas customer through email/phone
  • Provide flight details to customer timely
  • Prepare shipment report for customer when necessary
  • Check 7 monitor the cargo departure & arrival status
  • Courier, Cross border & local truck arrangment when necessary


  • Form 5 or above / Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • 1 year related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry 
  • knowledge in Cross-border truck handling is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
  • Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS applications
