Customer Service - Airfreight

Rhenus Logistics Hong Kong Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
  • Follow shipment booking with customers and overseas agents
  • Coordinate with internal departments on shipment arrangement
  • Responsible for accurate data input
  • Provide back-up support for the team
  • Perform any other job duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with minimum 2 years' customer service experience in freight forwarding industry.
  • Self-disciplined, hardworking, able to work under pressure
  • Overtime is required / Holiday on duty may needed
  • Familiar with MS office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
