Description

  • Register customers and creating new accounts
  • Taking orders and follow up
  • Solve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Update database and customer details accurately
  • Support administrative work as required


Profile
  • High Diploma or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proactive, patient, willing to learn and self motivated
  • Good multitasking, communications and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
