Job Duties:

  • To provide high quality customer services for a Grade A commercial building
  • To handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • 2 years' relevant experience preferred
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, service oriented with willing to help manner, and able to work independently
