in Hong Kong, Macau and China. We primarily focus on operating as the sole agent for international FMCG brands including personal and health care in Asia, and have developed multi-distribution channels including chain stores, department stores as well as pharmacies.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform reception duties including customer services, answering telephone calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation

Responsible for HR administration work including but not limited to attendance control, leave administration, interview arrangement, insurance claims and payroll handling

Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, such as document filing, storage, pantry & sundries management, order stationery and printing materials

Monitor all matters related to office premises and fixture, repair and maintenance of office equipment & facilities and arrange pest control & carpet cleaning

Coordinate of travel and hotel arrangement for internal & external parties, departmental expense claims and other company reports

Provide support to management, company events and activities and assist in ad hoc projects as required

Handle customer enquiries/complaints in a quality manner

Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above

At least 2 years of working experience in reception, office administration or customer service, preferable in fast growing companies

Optimistic, result-oriented, self-motivated with good communication skills

Strong PC skills in MS Office

Good commend of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
