Customer Service and Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service via phone or email by handling enquiries and follow up complaints. 
  • Provide administration support to Department including sales report, commission invoices, agreement preparation, etc. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to complete the requested tasks
  • Provide support on corporate events
  • Assist in other ad hoc matters or additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or or Degree Holder is preferable 
  • At least 2 year work experiences preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese & English, Mandarin is preferred
  • Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Pro-active, hardworking, conscientious, detail-minded
  • Familiar with MS Office is an advantage
  • Off-site training and non-office hour work will be required regularly
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
