Customer Service Assistant – Customer Service (5 days work)
The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing service to customers by processing orders, quotes and assisting customers, and generates Sales reports as required.
Accountabilities
- Processes the customer’s order, quote, etc by entering into company systems timely and accurately.
- Researches and expedites customer requests. Monitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements, verifies customer requests are processed correctly. Confirms special handling orders are expedited.
- Expands product knowledge utilizing all available sources.
- Strong attention to detail, accurate and maintains quality expectations.
- Provides Live Chat support as required.
Education
- College diploma holder or above
Qualifications, Skills & Certifications
- Fresh graduate / 1 year’s working experience, preferably in customer service sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
- Good telephone manner
- Fast chinese character typing
- Proficiency in MS applications
- Fluent in Putonghua is must.
