Customer Service Assistant – Customer Service (5 days work)

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing service to customers by processing orders, quotes and assisting customers, and generates Sales reports as required.


Accountabilities

  • Processes the customer’s order, quote, etc by entering into company systems timely and accurately.
  • Researches and expedites customer requests. Monitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements, verifies customer requests are processed correctly. Confirms special handling orders are expedited.
  • Expands product knowledge utilizing all available sources.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate and maintains quality expectations.
  • Provides Live Chat support as required.


Education

  • College diploma holder or above

Qualifications, Skills & Certifications

  • Fresh graduate / 1 year’s working experience, preferably in customer service sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner
  • Fast chinese character typing
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Fluent in Putonghua is must.
