Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow-up incoming calls
  • To manage customers' complaints and enquires
  • Provide good services and maintain goodrelationship with customers
  • To provide full responsibilities of receptionist duties such phone calls, greeting, serving visitors, in/ out mails and couriers arrangement

Requirements:

  • Form 5/DSE or above, with at least 1 years working experience in Customer Service/Receptionist
  • Good PC knowledge and proficiency in Chinese word processing
  • Good interpersonal, communication and telephone manner skills
