Summary

To provide daily concierge services in a Grade-A Office Building in Wong Chuk Hang

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the buildings and office to deliver first class services to all customers in light of the Group strategy
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, marketing and company activities
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback where appropriated
  • Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's customer service experience focusing on front-line customer interaction
  • Good communication and interpersonal and organization skills
  • Positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good Command of spoken Chinese and English
