  • To handle customers’ enquiries and resolve issues via online system.
  • Good interpersonal relationship, can handle matters independently in any situation.
  • To lead a small team of customer service staff in providing quality services in Online.
  • Service Call Centre and meeting the service requirements.
  • Report preparation .


  • Form 5 graduate or above.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good Mandarin will be an asset. 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Customer Service. 
  • Have online shopping company work experience is preferred will be preferred. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Strong customer orientation, leadership and influencing skills.
  • Work well under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner. 
  • Immediately available is preferred.
