The appointee is expected to carry out daily reception duties. Duties include but are not limited to providing customer services, handling enquiries and complaints, and carrying out administrative and coordination work of operation.
Applicants should have an associate degree or above with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably gained in hotel or property management industry. Good customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is required.
