Customer Service Assistant (Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound/outbound calls
  • Handle and follow up on customer feedback and complaints
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Assist in the execution of Quality Service Program for Sales and Aftersales
  • Assist in conducting CS survey and data analysis
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when required


Job Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service mind-set, independent and pleasant
  • Good analytical skills and sensitive to figures
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
