Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide online customer service to customers buying on e-commerce websites
  • Respond to customer’s product and website enquiries
  • Ensure customers have a positive first impression
  • Updating customers on order delays
  • Note down customer feedback in an organized manner

Job Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Photographic, Mobile Phone and / or Tablet PC Knowledge or experience is a benefit
  • Must have attention to detail and customer focused
  • Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Knowledge of any other language(s) will be added advantage
