Provide online customer service to customers buying on e-commerce websites
Respond to customer’s product and website enquiries
Ensure customers have a positive first impression
Updating customers on order delays
Note down customer feedback in an organized manner
Must be proficient in written and verbal English.
Photographic, Mobile Phone and / or Tablet PC Knowledge or experience is a benefit
Must have attention to detail and customer focused
Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
Immediately available preferred
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Knowledge of any other language(s) will be added advantage
