They are now looking to expand their team and are seeking for both permanent and temporary customer services candidates. Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
Liaise with both internal and external parties on any logistics/sales issues
Perform data entry, document upload and updating database in a timely manner
Assist with other ad-hoc assignments
Holder of HKDSE or above
Minimum 1 year of working experience from freight forwarding industry
Able to work under tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
