Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works
  • Prepare handover documents and materials
  • Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new residential development projects
  • Assist in handover booking arrangement and answer hotline enquires
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
  • Coordinate with project team for defect rectification works
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • HKALE (A-Level) / HKDSE or above
  • Experience in handover of residential properties is a definite advantage
  • Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skills
  • Capable to work under pressure
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
