Customer Service Assistant Manager

  • Responsible for daily operation and also leading a small team
  • Handle customers enquiries and escalated complaints in professional manner
  • Assist management in the formulation & update of policies, SOPs and guidelines
  • Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines
  • Assist and support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary or above in Logistic/ Customer Service or related discipline
  • 5 years experience in logistics industry
  • Good skill of team management
  • Independent, detail-minded, Self-initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
