Responsibilities

  • To provide customer service & assist operation in mall
  • To handle customers' enquries and complaints
  • To promote activities, exhibitions & promotions in mall

Requirements

  • Holder of HKDSE or above
  • Relevant experience in customer service / sales / property / hotel / tourism field is more preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good PC knowledge in MS office

 

Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui/ Quarry Bay
