Handle incoming call by email, phone or instant message
Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request
Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
Assist in any ad hoc project as required
1 year relevant experience in customer services preferably
Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
Immediate availability is highly preferred
