Customer Service Assistant / Project Assistant

Duties:-

  • Handle incoming call by email, phone or instant message

  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team

  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required

 

 

Requirements: 

  • 1 year relevant experience in customer services preferably

  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)

  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
