Customer Service Assistant / Project Assistant

Job Description:-

The primary focus of the role is to support customers by providing helpful information, resolve enquiries through hotline, emails and instant messages.  Customer Service Assistant is the front line of support for customers and help to ensure that customers are satisfied with the products, services and features as well as maintaining expert knowledge about company products and services. 


  • Provide first line applications support to clients
  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request
  • Provide system operation and administration tasks, include monitor and health check tasks
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required


  • Relevant experience in customer services preferably
  • Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in Computer Software Application
  • Knowledge in Computer Network is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
