  • Contact customers on validation of customer instructions and/ or account opening
  • Perform on-line transaction based on customer instructions.             
  • Keep customer records on systems in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Maintain proper filing system and digital imaging
  • Handle post-transaction customer advice
  • Perform day-end reconciliation and daily/ monthly reports
  • Perform ad hoc assignment as requested



  • F.5 or above             
  • 1 year experience in customer service related area is preferable
  • Good communication skills
  • PC knowledge with English & Chinese typing skills
