Customer Service Assistant (Temporary)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Customer Care Department on Customer Service and eShop related enquiries/record

  • Maintain and update departmental data and records in system

  • Perform data entry, general filing and record-keeping

  • Assist in ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above

  • With 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Detail-minded, reliable and able to work independently

  • Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications, Chinese Word Processing

  • Able to work 3-5 full days per week

  • Immediately available is highly preferable
