Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Customer Care Department on Customer Service and eShop related enquiries/record
Maintain and update departmental data and records in system
Perform data entry, general filing and record-keeping
Assist in ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
HKDSE or above
With 1-2 years of relevant experience
Detail-minded, reliable and able to work independently
Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications, Chinese Word Processing
Able to work 3-5 full days per week
Immediately available is highly preferable
