Customer Service Assistant/ Trainee

Job Description:

  • Reporting to the Manager to assist in smooth running of the reception area of the hospital;
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and politely and take messages accurately;
  • Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Manage, coordinate and administer consultation booking / appointments;
  • Responsible for reports / records as well as the filing system;
  • Assist in stock taking and inventory controls, pricing and shelf packing;
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing ad hoc projects and company events.



  • Two years relevant work experience in aviation and hospitality industry preferred but not essential;
  • Tertiary education in relevant studies is an advantage;
  • Genuine love and care for animals is essential;
  • Excellent customer services skills and a good team player;
  • Fluent in English and Chinese is essential;
  • Self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal skills are essential;
  • Work location: Mong Kok / Sai Kung / Tseung Kwan O;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
