Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to team leader
  • Coordinating with customers
  • Assist in issuance of quotation/tenders
  • Assist in customer order processing, daily operation and document duties, etc.
  • Data entry


  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to effectively supervise time to meet assigned deadlines and prioritize multiple work assignments under management instruction
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and supervision
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel
