Customer Service Assistant

Requirement:

- Form 7 or above.

- 2 Years of work experiences.

- Self-motivated, independent and well communication.

- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

- English and Chinese typing.

- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

 

Responsibilities

- Follow up Sale order and monitor stock for re-ordering.

- Liaise with customer from placing the order until the order is dispatched and complete.

- Communicate with phone calls and emails.

- Work with the team for production , payment and shipping arrangements.

- Report to Manager.
