Customer Service Assistant



Job Duties:

  • Provide professional information based on doctors and nurses enquiries
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries on services from corporate customers in a professional manner
  • Coordinate the communication between the Laboratory service and the clients
  • Refer potentials cases to related sales representatives.
  • Confirm the authenticity of client’s report
  • Manage phone call systems and communication records


  • Higher Diploma (in Science or other disciplines) or above
  • Minimum 1 year related experience
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Able to work shift duty from Monday to Saturday (5 days per week)
  • Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
