Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling incoming calls and customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Liaises with different departments to resolve customer requests and complaints satisfactorily
  • Follow up cases progress
  • Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping and updating files
  • Handling other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, Chinese language and English passed in HKCCE or HKDSE is an advantage
  • At least 1 year stable working experience is a must,
  • Fluent speaking in Cantonese and able to communicate in English and Putonghua
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Stable,customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility.

Monday to Saturday 5.5 days work on shift

9am - 7pm on shift (8 working hours per day)
