CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Handle label orders from receipt to delivery through our online system
  • Attend customers’ inquiry and complaints within 24h
  • Coordination with our China printshops and European offices
  • New product development: develop samples and request quotation
  • Purchase of stock
  • Handling of manual orders

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience as CS, or if freshly graduate must majored in Business
  • Experience in garment or printing/packaging industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel mainly), Outlook Express, Computer skills
  • Highly organized and friendly team worker
  • Fast learner, proactive, self-motivated

 

More information

  • Probation period : 3 months
  • Working time: 9am to 6pm + 1h for lunch
  • Monday to Friday
  • 13th month Bonus
