Job accountabilities

  • handle inbound & outbound calls of our members, employers and fund managers in relation to pension fund;
  • provide timely follow up with clients the data discrepancy / outstanding matters;
  • provide effective, quality and timely services to our members, employers and fund managers;
  • handle the follow up requests and complaints from members, employers, fund managers, external trustees and authorities;
  • handle the administrative works of Member Services;
  • to adhere to procedures, policy, regulations and trust deeds;
  • to perform UAT, cross support the job of team from time to time;assist and back up the senior staff;
  • provide costing and ensure seamless new clients take on;
  • key contact to major clients;
  • key drivers to undertake higher risk project and develop new services....etc.

The requirement

University Degree holder w/·1- 2 years working experience in pension fund, MPF and/or call centre experience would be an advantage

  • Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement
  • Flexible for job rotation and multi-skilling
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
