Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients to arrange the contract renewal of maintenance service of Lifts and Escalators
  • Handle client enquiries and complaints
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Provide administrative and clerical supports
  • Outdoor work is required

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Enthusiastic about job and excellent communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
