Customer Service Assistant

Simmons Bedding & Furniture (HK) Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Customer Service Manager
  • Perform customer services and receptionist duties
  • Answering incoming customer inquiries, email and etc
  • Responsible for data entry, filing and relevant clerical works
  • Communicate with customers and other related parties in professional manner
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5/ DSE or above
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player with responsibility and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel), English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
