Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls in a professional manner, answer inquiries received by phone and by email

Responsible for order taking, issuing invoices and delivery notes with accounting / ERP system (Training will be provided)

Provide quality customer service including order processing, follow up and delivery arrangement with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner

Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request

Requirements

Good telephone manner

Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility

Strong team player with a positive personality

Good PC knowledge in MS office and both Chinese and English typing.
