Customer Service Assistant/Customer Service Officer (Part-time/Temporary/Contract)

The Job:

  • Handle written enquiries via various channels including fax, email, SMS, web and social communication application, etc.
  • Handle and follow up customer documents, including but not limited to information verification & data input
  • Follow up with customers via phone on maintenance, regular inspection and meter reading appointments

The Person:

  • F.5 level or above
  • Proficient in spoken & written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and sincere
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Working Hour:

  • All positions are requires Shift duty, from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

Contract: 5 – 6 days per week

9am to 8pm

Temp: 5 days per week

Day Shift

9am to 2pm

Night Shift

3pm to 8pm

Part-time: 3 to 5 days per week

Day Shift

9am to 2pm, 2pm to 7pm

Night Shift

6pm to 10pm
